The role
Join a team of analysts that helps major companies in energy, construction and transportation make better decisions. kwantis consultants work on risk management, reliability and safety and operations and asset performance projects, in close contact with the client and often abroad.
Fresh graduates join as Associates and grow along our career path, with more execution and managerial responsibility on every project.
What you will do
- Analyse client data, processes and projects, and build the models behind our studies.
- Define functional requirements and the tools that support the solution.
- Test the solutions we develop and write the procedures that support them.
- Prepare reports and present the results.
- Support project management, working closely with the client.
What we look for
- A master's degree with excellent results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A strong interest in new technologies and in innovative business models.
- The ability to work both on your own and in a team.
- Availability to travel abroad for international projects.
- Excellent presentation skills in English and Italian, and advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Bonus points for:
- Experience in the energy sector.
- French or Spanish.
- Planning software (MS Project) and business analytics tools (QlikView, Tableau).
